MS-DOS games in 1994

Happy New Year! And once again I make a compilation of games released 20 years ago. Grab a drink, relax and enjoy oldies!

    GEMA-blocked in Germany? 🙁

Yes, there was a copyright strike on Quarantine. I removed the song, so let’s see how long it will take YouTube to process it.

Great work on the video, lots of good memories in there.

If I can comment on the format (I think you asked this on Twitter before but I hadn’t yet watched the video so couldn’t comment) I think one minute per game would have been enough. Shorter means you’ll be more critical of which part of the game you show, and it will increase the quality of the video as a result I think.

Also, I don’t know if YouTube allows this but I would have liked a commentary track giving a bit of info about each game, maybe some interesting trivia… I’m thinking of something like on DVDs, so that if people want to just hear the audio from the games they can turn it off, and that’s what I’m not sure YouTube supports. I really enjoy your podcasts so I think something on that level, except for each game instead of on a specific topic, would have been quite cool.

All in all, excellent video, and thanks a lot for what you do here!
