Lost in Time non-interactive demo

Here’s a cool little non-interactive demo of Coktel Vision’s Lost in Time (published by Sierra On-Line in the US). The demo features a neat AdLib tune by Charles Callet that isn’t found in the full game. You can download this and other Coktel Vision demos here:

Gobliins 2 – Let’s Play (Part 5 – THE END)

Our friends’ journey comes to an end. Enjoy the last two levels of Gobliins 2: The Prince Buffoon!

Gobliins 2 – Let’s Play (Part 4)

The recently freed Prince Buffoon has thrown a tantrum and refused to cooperate. As a result our heroes need to get him off a tree first and then rescue him from his own mushroom-enduced nightmare immediately after, only to see him being carried away by a bird. See me struggle with a few repetitive sequences.

Gobliins 2 – Let’s Play (Part 3)

Adventure continues! I’d free Prince Buffoon much faster if I didn’t get stuck on two super annoying levels of this wonderful game. I complain a lot. Sorry.

Gobliins 2 – Let’s Play (Part 2)

Our adventure continues! Sit down and listen to me talk nonsense while two brave goblins make their way through the castle and an undersea world. I complain about the sunken ship level a bunch.

Gobliins 2 – Let’s Play (Part 1)

Our adventure begins! Fingus and Winkle, two heroic goblins are sent on a quest to save Prince Buffoon from an evil creature. Here’s part one of me rambling over one of my favorite games from French developer Coktel Vision. Goblins trilogy on GOG:

My Coktel Vision wish came true!

Greetings, everyone! If you follow me on Twitter, you probably know that I’m a big fan of a French game company called Coktel Vision. For YEARS I wished there was a way to extract the wonderful OPL music from these games and now there is! Thanks to the most amazing Coktel expert Sven Hesse aka […]

Woodruff and the Schnibble of Azimuth (DOS demo)

The original DOS non-interactive demo of Woodruff and the Schnibble of Azimuth by Coktel Vision which would eventually be released on Windows in 1994 and known as The Bizarre Adventures of Woodruff and the Schnibble in America. Music and voices from this demo never appear in the final game.

“Gobliiins” review

This game is French. That doesn’t mean that it’s full of pretentiousness, baguettes and “le fromage”; instead it’s full of charm, puzzles and peculiar visuals. Three brave goblins are on a mission to save the King by solving brain twisting puzzles, and to help you get your daily dose of laughter along the way. Exploiting […]
